The project involves providing all supervision, labor, materials, and equipment required to replace the existing boat house with a new 20' x 25' x 14' garage/workshop and a 10' x 18' x 11.33' lean-to. The contractor must comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including environmental and safety requirements.
