The Town of Mooresville is seeking to obtain qualifications from vendors to be under contract for use on an as-needed basis for door repairs services Townwide. The scope of work includes installation of new interior and exterior doors, repair and adjustment of existing doors, replacement of damaged or worn door hardware, and safe removal and disposal of old or damaged materials. Vendors will be selected based on availability, price, and quality of work. • The selected vendor shall provide door repair and installation services for the Town of Mooresville on an as-needed basis. • Services will be required at various Town-owned buildings and facilities and may include both routine maintenance and emergency repairs. • The vendor is expected to perform all work in accordance with applicable building codes, ADA compliance standards, safety regulations, and Town policies. • Close coordination with Town staff will be required to ensure timely scheduling, minimal disruption, and secure facility access. • The Town is seeking a responsive and experienced vendor capable of delivering high-quality workmanship and reliable service across a variety of facility types and door systems.
