The Bordeaux program is a 36-month research program organized into two phases, with a focus on cyber security performance in artificial intelligence (AI). The program is seeking innovative proposals that investigate innovative approaches to enable revolutionary advances in science and economics. The program will be awarded as an Other Transaction (OT) for Prototype Agreement, and multiple awards are anticipated. • The program will consist of a 3-month Security Startup Period, an 18-month Phase 1, and an 18-month Phase 2. • Proposers are required to submit a technical proposal, a cost proposal, and a security submission. • The evaluation criteria will include overall scientific and technical merit, potential contribution and relevance to the DARPA mission, and cost realism. • The program is seeking Government Purpose Rights (GPR) or unlimited rights to all data generated under the program.
