The contract includes a base year and four option years, with a total duration of five years. The contractor will be required to provide services on a full-time basis, with a minimum of 40 hours per week. • The contractor must provide a qualified Roman Catholic priest who is validly ordained and in good standing with their bishop, eparchy, or religious superior. • The contractor must comply with all applicable regulations and instructions, including those related to military protocol, security, and personnel conduct. • The contractor will be required to provide services on a full-time basis, with a minimum of 40 hours per week. • The contractor must provide a detailed absence plan, including contact information for at least three potential substitutes, within 30 days of the contract award date. • The contractor must comply with all safety regulations on government facilities and report any accidents resulting in injury, death, or property damage to the Contracting Officer and COR within 24 hours.
