Description:
The Orange Water and Sewer Authority is seeking a qualified firm to provide professional and engineering services for the design and permitting of stabilization measures for the Morgan Creek bypass channel at the Mason Farm Wastewater Treatment Plant and dredging of the channel. The selected firm will be responsible for hydraulic analysis, erosion evaluation, deposition evaluation, development of plans and specifications, permitting, and construction phase services. The firm must have demonstrated experience and expertise in hydraulic analysis, floodplain and floodway modeling, and design and permitting of channel stabilization and dredging. • The project involves stabilizing erosion and scour on the banks of the Morgan Creek bypass channel. • The firm will provide a written statement of qualifications, including a project team, team experience, project approach, and project schedule. • The selection process will be based on qualifications, and the owner reserves the right to reject any and all proposals. • The project is expected to be completed within a certain timeframe, with a Notice to Proceed expected to be issued on March 2, 2026.
