Texas State University is seeking proposals for the selection of one or more responsive firms to provide rooms within a hotel facility for overflow housing students. The rooms would be needed starting from August 15, 2025, and would be renewable weekly through January 31, 2026, as needed. The property should be within a reasonable distance from campus and have access for campus bus transportation. The university prefers facilities that can provide large blocks of rooms or entire floors.
