The Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS) is seeking a contractor to provide full-service elevator maintenance and repair on two hydraulic passenger elevators at the DFAS-Limestone Operating Location in Limestone, Maine. The contract will have a base year and four one-year option periods. The contractor will be required to perform preventative maintenance, inspection, testing, and repair services, as well as emergency maintenance services. The contractor will also be required to provide parts and materials for emergency services.
