Description:
The Los Angeles County Development Authority (LACDA) is seeking proposals for loan/grant underwriting and portfolio management consulting services. The selected consultant will provide services including furnishing all labor, material, and equipment, and performing all necessary and incidental work in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) and contract documents. The LACDA intends to award a one-year contract with the option of up to four one-year extensions, provided services are satisfactory and funds are available. Key services to be provided include: • Loan/grant underwriting • Portfolio management • Consulting services to support LACDA's operations • Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations • Coordination with LACDA staff and other stakeholders The consultant must have experience in loan/grant underwriting and portfolio management, as well as knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
