The National Institutes of Health (NIH) is offering administrative supplements to existing NIH grants and cooperative agreements. These supplements are intended to provide additional funding to currently funded grants to meet increased costs that are within the scope of the peer-reviewed and approved project, but were unforeseen when the new or competing renewal application was awarded. The research proposed in the supplement must be accomplished within the competitive segment and must be within the peer-reviewed scope of the NIH-supported grant project.
