Putnam County is soliciting bids to furnish and supply water system plumbing materials. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder for the total amount bid for all items. Bidders must provide prices for all line items. The contract requires the delivery of materials within 21 days of receipt of a Purchase Order.
