The Department of the Army is seeking a contractor to provide wireless internet services at Fort Bliss and McGregor Range, New Mexico. The contractor will be responsible for providing all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform wireless internet service. The services will be provided for a period of 12 months, with options to extend for an additional 36 months. The contractor must be a 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) to be eligible for award. • The contractor will provide wireless internet services to various facilities at Fort Bliss and McGregor Range. • The contractor will be responsible for ensuring that the internet services are available in all rooms, offices, day-rooms, kitchens, and hallways. • The contractor will provide Ethernet drop hard line connections at various sites. • The contractor will perform the services in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and the contract. • The contractor will be required to submit a price proposal for the fixed price CLINs. • The contractor will be required to complete the Schedule of Services with an all-inclusive unit price per month.
