The United States Air Force is seeking a contractor to install a new car wash rack system at Cannon AFB in New Mexico. The system must include all necessary pumps, equipment, and controls to service two interior wash bays and one exterior sprayer for oversized vehicles. The project includes removal of the old, deteriorating system and full installation and testing of the new equipment. The system requirements include: • Two ceiling booms with a length of 8 feet and a hose length of 12-15 feet • One wall mount for brush for each bay • Three wand holders, three foam brush holders, and three brush buckets • A wall-mounted setup for the exterior sprayer with a 100-foot reel mount • Bay hoses with a size of 15 feet each and inlet/outlet connection sizes of 1/2 inch • Operating pressure and flow requirements of 140 PSI The contractor must also provide details on the electrical service and water supply.
