The US Air Force is seeking Architect and Engineering (AE) Type C Inspection Services to support the ongoing construction of the Repair Taxiway, Phase III project at McEntire Joint National Guard Base in South Carolina. The selected contractor will provide construction inspection and testing services, including attending coordination meetings, maintaining records, reviewing and evaluating contractor submittals, and performing site inspections. The contractor will also be responsible for providing timely consultation and advice to interpret or clarify the intent of the plans and specifications. • The contractor must have experience with government building construction projects and Type C Inspection services. • The contractor must provide a list of government building construction projects they have worked on in the past five years, including the dollar value, contract number, location, and contracting officer. • The contractor must provide a brief outline of resources, subcontractors, and key personnel that would be used to accomplish the contract. • The contractor must comply with antiterrorism and operational security requirements, including completing Antiterrorism Awareness Level I Training and OPSEC training.
