The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is seeking vendors to perform maintenance and repair services for three XFS Global Large Area Maintenance Shelters (LAMS) located at DLA Disposition Services Pendleton. The shelters are approximately 75’ long, 60’ wide, and 16’ high. The contractor will be responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing the LAMS, as well as providing all necessary personnel, equipment, and materials. The contract is expected to be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract with a period of performance of one 12-month base period and four 12-month options. The total contract length shall not exceed five years. Key aspects of the job include: • Inspecting and maintaining the LAMS every six months • Completing repairs within 15 days of request • Providing all necessary personnel, equipment, and materials • Complying with all applicable regulations, codes, and standards • Maintaining a quality control plan to ensure services are performed in accordance with the contract • Reporting all spills or leaks to the Contracting Officer and Contracting Officer Representative immediately
