The Matanuska-Susitna Borough is soliciting proposals from qualified Design Build Teams for the development, design, and construction of a new Academy Charter School for grades 9-12. The project involves constructing a 29,700 square foot facility on a 10-acre site, with a capacity to accommodate 180-190 students. The facility will include classrooms, an art room, science lab, special education room, innovation labs, a multipurpose room, and an assembly/stage area.
