The Contra Costa County Public Works Department, Fleet Services Division, is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide as-needed vehicle lifts maintenance and repair services for County-owned vehicle lifts. The proposed contract term is for three years, with the option to extend for up to two additional one-year periods. The successful contractor will be required to provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to service, repair, and inspect vehicle lifts, including mobile lift systems. The contractor must have a minimum of five years of experience in providing similar services and must possess all necessary business licenses, permits, and certifications. • The contractor will be required to provide monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual service, repairs, and inspections as needed. • The contractor will be required to provide written inspection and service reports following each visit, detailing work performed, findings, and any recommended repairs. • The contractor will be required to provide emergency on-site service calls as needed. • The contractor will be required to coordinate with Fleet staff to schedule service in a manner that minimizes disruption to County operations.
