The Texas A&M Transportation Institute is seeking proposals for Event Production Services. The selected vendor will provide turn-key pricing for the event, including materials, equipment, labor, and other components. The proposal must include pricing fee structures for creative content hours, event production hours, and travel. The vendor must also provide references for similar services within the past two years. • The event is the 100th Transportation Short Course (TSC 2026) • The proposal must include pricing for the Opening Session at Reed Arena and alternate pricing for the Opening Session at Rudder Auditorium • The vendor must provide a certificate of insurance prior to performing any work • The contract term is to be determined • The vendor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to insurance, indemnification, and non-discrimination
