The contractor shall demonstrate the operability of all functions in the presence of the Lock 2 maintenance staff and the Contracting Officer's Representative, and provide instruction to the Lock 2 maintenance staff on the operation and maintenance of the system and features. • The project is 100% set-aside for small business under NAICS 238210. • The estimated magnitude of construction is between $25,000 and $100,000. • The contractor shall begin performance within 10 calendar days after receiving notice to proceed and shall have all work completed within 180 calendar days. • The contractor shall provide a qualified registered fire protection engineer who has passed the National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying Fire Protection Engineering written examination. • The contractor shall prepare an Accident Prevention Plan and an Activity Hazard Analysis. • The contractor shall provide documentation detailing any warranty coverage for parts and labor, with a minimum of 1 year warranty on parts and labor.
