The purpose of this URFP is to solicit unsealed proposals from qualified offerors to establish a contract through competitive negotiations for the procurement of patient ID wristband sheets with labels and patient ID wallet cards. The resulting contract will be utilized on an as needed basis by DBHDS facilities located throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia.
