The Indian Health Service is conducting a market research survey to identify businesses capable of performing HVAC preventive maintenance and repair services for the Ute Mountain Ute Health Center in Towaoc, CO. The scope of work includes scheduled inspections, testing, and cleaning of HVAC systems, as well as as-needed repair and replacement of defective components. The contract will have a base year and four option years. • The contractor must be able to provide preventive maintenance and repair services for six HVAC units. • The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and meet the definition of an Indian Economic Enterprise. • The contractor must submit a capability statement, product brochure, and past performance information to demonstrate their ability to provide the services. • The contractor must meet the requirements of the Buy Indian Act and be eligible for a set-aside or sole source contract.
