The NYS Department of Environmental Conservation is seeking bids for the Sale of Forest Products – Red Oak 115.4 MBF More or Less Chestnut Oak 22.7 MBF More or Less Black Birch 0.13 MBF More or Less Black Oak 11.5 MBF More or Less Red Maple 0.11 MBF More or Less White Oak 3.7 MBF More or Less Hardwood Pulp 514 Cords More or Less Contract extensions may be granted, at the discretion of the DEC upon written request of the Contractor, when extenuating circumstances exist. No extension shall exceed 12 months in length, and the total length of all extensions shall not exceed 24 months. Requests for extensions shall be made in writing at least 60 days prior to Contract termination date. Business enterprises awarded an identical or substantially similar procurement contract within the past five years: None.
