Description:
The Town of Frisco, Colorado, is seeking competitive proposals from mobile food vendors to provision and manage food trucks at the Frisco Bay Marina. The selected vendors will be required to operate on a consistent basis, ideally Fridays through Sundays during the peak season, and will be subject to a flat fee of $750.00 for the duration of the operating season. The vendors will be responsible for providing their own food trucks or trailers and will have access to public Wi-Fi for point-of-sale systems. The Town is looking for vendors who can commit to the operating hours of the Marina, which vary throughout the season. • The Marina operating hours are from 9am to 5pm, 7 days a week, from May 19 to June 27, and from 8am to 7pm, 7 days a week, from June 28 to August 10. • Vendors will be required to share their year-end gross revenue report detailing sales figures. • The Town does not currently charge a fee for special events, but vendors may be required to participate in certain events. • The safety of guests and staff is a top priority, and vendors can make the decision to adjust their operating hours due to safety concerns.
