The Naval Computer and Telecommunications Area Master Station, Atlantic is seeking a contractor to provide technical support and maintenance for the existing voice mail systems at two Philadelphia sites and one Mechanicsburg site. The contractor will be responsible for maintaining a large capacity Octel 350 system and two medium capacity Octel 250 systems. The contract will be for a base period of 6 months, with options to extend for up to 4 additional years. • The contractor must provide detailed pricing elements for each system. • The contractor must ensure that all contractor employees requiring access to IT systems or networks complete annual Cyber Awareness training and maintain a current requisite background investigation. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to security and confidentiality. • The contractor must provide a firm fixed price for all services and materials. • The contract will be awarded to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror.
