Description:
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 19, is requesting quotations for Boiler Plant Inspection, Testing, and Repair at the Cheyenne VA Medical Center. The contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision, professional expertise, licenses, vehicles, tools, materials, services, equipment, and quality control to perform semi-annual inspection, testing, certification, and repairs of the steam generation and hydronic boilers. The estimated period of performance for this requirement is September 15, 2025, to September 14, 2026. • The contractor shall provide emergency and scheduled repairs or inspections of the boilers, related vessels / pressure vessels, and distribution systems. • The contractor shall submit prices for Boiler Plant Inspection, Testing, and Repair for one year. • The contractor shall provide itemized pricing for repairs, which shall be determined fair and reasonable and approved by the Contracting Officer prior to initiating work.
