The City of Coconut Creek is seeking to establish a pool of a maximum of ten qualified consultants to provide General Professional Engineering Services for various City projects. The selected consultants will participate in public meetings and presentations necessary to accomplish the scope of work. The City is looking for consultants with a wide range of disciplines, including but not limited to acoustical engineering, architecture, civil engineering, environmental engineering, and more. The consultants will be required to provide statements of qualifications, performance data, and other information relative to their experience, expertise, and proficiency. • The City will evaluate the responses based on factors such as management capability, technical capability, meeting performance requirements, and other important considerations. • The selected consultants will be required to comply with all federal, state, county, and local laws, rules, and regulations. • The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or waive any minor irregularity or technicality in proposals received. • The contract will be awarded to the most qualified firm(s) based on the evaluation criteria. • The contract term and payment terms will be negotiated with the selected consultant. • The City will provide a list of disciplines that the consultants can check to indicate their areas of expertise. • The consultants will be required to submit a sworn statement on public entity crimes and an affidavit of compliance with foreign countries of concern. • The City will use the E-Verify system to verify the employment eligibility of all newly hired employees.
