The scope of work includes delivering enterprise-grade WordPress hosting infrastructure, maintaining high performance and uptime, applying strong security and compliance standards, and providing flexible and scalable infrastructure. The vendor must also collaborate closely with the University's Digital Services team throughout onboarding, implementation, and migration to ensure continuity and minimize disruption to the University's web operations. • The University currently supports over 5,300 websites, including multiple multisite networks and standalone sites. • The ideal vendor will offer a pricing structure that flexibly adapts to the University's evolving usage patterns. • The vendor must provide a Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT) or acceptable alternative, detailing the solution's accessibility compliance. • The vendor must guarantee an uptime of at least 99.95%, using appropriate architecture for redundancy and failover. • The vendor must include built-in security features such as a Web Application Firewall (WAF), malware scanning, and SSL/TLS certificates.
