Clemson University is seeking a contractor to provide custodial services at the Edisto Research and Education Center in Blackville, SC. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option to renew for up to four additional years. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to maintain a safe, sanitary, and aesthetically pleasing environment. The scope of work includes cleaning five buildings, including administrative offices, laboratories, and educational facilities. The contractor must also provide regular quality assurance inspections and maintain a safety plan. • The contractor must have experience in providing custodial services to similar facilities • The contractor must be able to provide a detailed plan for sustainable and "green" custodial services • The contractor must be able to provide proof of liability insurance and other necessary certifications • The contractor must be able to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations • The contractor must be able to provide a price proposal that includes all costs associated with the scope of work
