The Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS) is seeking bids for the purchase and delivery of an Autoclave and a Pass-Through Steam Sterilizers. The Autoclave must have a sterilization chamber of 26.5” x 26.5” x 39” and allow for gravity or liquid run cycles. The Pass-Through Steam Sterilizer must have a sterilization chamber of 20” x 20” x 38” and be suitable for use in a Biosafety Level 3 lab. The vendor must provide delivery, installation, calibration, and validation of the equipment, as well as de-installation of the existing unit and onsite training. • The Autoclave and Pass-Through Steam Sterilizer must be newly manufactured units, not used or refurbished. • The equipment must have a minimum one-year OEM warranty for parts and labor. • The vendor must offer service contracts that include scheduled preventative maintenance and on-site emergency service. • The delivery and installation of the equipment must be completed within 90 business days of receipt of the purchase order.
