The Columbus State University is seeking a qualified supplier to provide a PlaneWave Telescope Mount and Accessories. The objective of this Request for Quotation (RFQ) is to select one or more qualified suppliers to provide the goods and/or services outlined in this RFQ. The upgrades to the WestRock Observatory will include the purchase and installation of a new mount and wedge with related peripherals, an advanced astronomical camera with filter wheel and filters, and equipment to automate the observatory dome. These enhancements will provide students with the tools necessary to conduct their research projects. • The RFQ process will be conducted to gather and evaluate responses from suppliers for potential award. • All qualified suppliers are invited to participate by submitting responses. • The preliminary results of the RFQ process will be publicly announced, including the names of all participating suppliers and the evaluation results. • Subject to the protest process, final contract award(s) will be publicly announced thereafter.
