The City of Raleigh is seeking a qualified company to install and take down holiday lights, displays, and other decorations at Pullen Park for the Holiday Express 2025 event. The event takes place for approximately 17 nights in December. The selected company will be responsible for installing lighting elements, animating displays, securing equipment, and providing onsite service for 4 nights of the event. The company must also comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and safety standards. • The company must have experience with similar projects and provide references. • The company must provide a detailed proposal, including a project understanding, approach, and schedule. • The company must provide financial information, including a certified statement from a licensed CPA. • The company must comply with the City's brand and communication guidelines. • The company must provide a 1-year and 3-year contract option.
