The U.S. government is seeking a contractor to replace a diesel generator and automatic transfer switch (ATS) at an embassy. The scope of work includes the supply of equipment, removal and installation services, and training and documentation. The contractor must provide a diesel-powered generator with a capacity of 275 KVA / 220 KW and a properly rated ATS for seamless power transfer. The contractor will also be responsible for decommissioning and removing the existing generator and ATS, installing and integrating the new equipment, and providing on-site training for embassy personnel. • The contractor must meet U.S. and international standards for the equipment. • The contractor must ensure safe disconnection and removal of the existing generator and ATS, including disposal in compliance with local regulations. • The contractor must provide user manuals, warranties, as-built drawings, and maintenance guidelines. • The contractor must perform load testing and commissioning to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.
