The City of Inkster is seeking a contractor to replace the roofing system at the Booker T. Dozier Recreation Center. The project involves the removal of the existing roofing membrane and the installation of a new built-up asphalt roofing system, including roof insulation, base flashings, and roof surfacing. The contractor will be responsible for ensuring that the new roofing system is watertight and meets the requirements of the Contract Documents.
