Description:
The Santa Rosa County Board of County Commissioners is seeking proposals from qualified individuals or entities for the lease of hangar space at Peter Prince Airport. The hangar space is approximately 60 feet wide, 60 feet deep, and 20 feet high, with a bi-fold door and LED overhead lighting. The tenant will be responsible for general maintenance, utilities, insurance, and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
