The United States Secret Service (USSS) is seeking a contractor to provide Automated Flagger Assistance Devices (AFADs) and maintenance services. The contractor will be responsible for delivering, setting up, and removing the AFADs, as well as performing maintenance tasks such as inspecting and replacing damaged parts. The AFADs must meet specific requirements, including having a traffic signal and control alarm, being solar and battery power capable, and including a mini message board. The contractor will be required to provide all necessary personnel, supplies, and equipment to perform the services. The contract will be a Firm Fixed-Price award with a base year and three option years. • The contractor must provide AFADs that meet the minimum requirements specified in the Statement of Work. • The contractor must provide maintenance services, including inspecting and replacing damaged parts. • The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). • The contractor must provide a completed copy of the provision FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Products and Commercial Services. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Occupational Health and Safety Administration (OSHA) regulations.
