The US Department of the Treasury is seeking a contractor to renovate the Main Treasury Secretary's fireplace. The scope of work includes setting up a staging area, providing temporary protection of surrounding areas, relining the firebox flue, installing a new top tile and parge, and resurfacing the smoke chamber. The contractor must also remove the existing flue system and debris, and install a new flue system with insulation. The work must be completed within 365 days of award.
