The Air Force Test Center is seeking a contractor to provide specialized engineering, technical, and programmatic services to support the Test Resource Management Center (TRMC) in advancing hypersonic Test and Evaluation (T&E) capabilities. The contractor will be expected to provide a comprehensive solution that meets seven program objectives, including effective program management, transparent financial oversight, agile acquisition support, and innovative technical solutions. The contractor will also be required to provide a business process prototype that demonstrates their capability to meet the requirements detailed in the Statement of Objectives (SOO). Key aspects of the job include: • Providing expert support for the full acquisition lifecycle • Developing innovative contracting strategies and preparing high-quality acquisition packages • Employing disciplined project management methodologies to successfully manage scope, schedule, cost, risk, and quality • Providing world-class engineering and scientific expertise to solve complex T&E challenges • Planning, managing, and executing complex ground and flight T&E events • Developing and maintaining data-driven, strategic T&E roadmaps that identify critical capability gaps and propose innovative solutions
