Budget Estimate (AI):

$5,000,000 – $25,000,000

It is difficult to estimate the exact budget for this contract, as the document does not provide a specific value. However, considering the scope of work, the contract type (Cost-Plus-Award Fee), and the fact that it's a 5-year contract, the budget could be substantial. Factors that may influence the likely payment range include the complexity of the services required, the level of expertise needed, and the resources required to perform the work. A rough estimate could be in the range of $10 million to $50 million per year, depending on the scope and complexity of the services provided.
