The Durand Area Schools is seeking a qualified contractor to provide custodial services for its facilities. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary management, supervision, supplies, equipment, and services to maintain the schools' buildings and grounds. The contract will be for an initial one-year term, with the option to renew for up to two additional years. The contractor will be required to provide a range of services, including janitorial services, maintenance and repair, and grounds keeping. The contractor will also be required to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Some key responsibilities of the contractor will include: * Providing all necessary custodial and maintenance/repair services to the School District's facilities * Managing and supervising staff to ensure that services are provided in a timely and efficient manner * Coordinating with School District administrators to ensure that services are provided in accordance with the School District's needs and expectations * Providing training and support to staff as needed to ensure that services are provided in accordance with the School District's standards and expectations * Maintaining accurate records of services provided, including time and materials used * Cooperating with the School District to maintain good public relations with the community and news media.
