The Wake County Public School System is seeking competitive bids from qualified vendors to provide HVAC Chiller Treatment Preventive Maintenance – York at WCPSS facilities. The contract shall have an initial term of one year, beginning July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026. The vendor will be required to perform annual preventive maintenance tasks on water-cooled and air-cooled chillers, including refrigerant leak tests, motor insulation tests, and Spectrochemical analysis. The vendor must also provide a written report for each scheduled maintenance outlining satisfactory/unsatisfactory conditions of the chiller. Some key points to consider: • The vendor must carry appropriate licenses and manufacturer’s certifications to perform scheduled programmed maintenance on chillers. • The vendor must provide a cost proposal, including all labor and materials, to perform preventative maintenance on WCPSS York brand chillers. • The vendor must submit references demonstrating experience in providing services described in this RFP. • The vendor must comply with all requirements specified in the RFP, including insurance requirements and terms and conditions.
