The scope of work includes providing all materials, labor, mobilization, traffic control, and equipment necessary for the replacement. The work can be done between 9:00 PM and 5:00 AM, Sunday through Thursday. The contractor must work with the field location to notify the TMC when repair work is being made, and all material must be new and not used.
