The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a vendor to continue and maintain their existing Veterans Guest Internet Access (VGIA) wireless internet access service at the Poplar Bluff VA Medical Center and several other locations. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing guest wireless connectivity, content filtering, and support for the building automation system, as well as maintaining and repairing installed VGIA equipment. The vendor must also provide public wireless security, 24/7/365 technical support, and quarterly utilization reports.
