The California Department of Motor Vehicles is seeking a contractor to provide parking lot sweeping and pressure washing and/or steam cleaning services at the Compton DMV field office. The contract term is 36 months, and the contractor must utilize truck-mounted equipment to perform parking lot sweeping. The services include sweeping the parking lot five times a week, pressure washing and/or steam cleaning paved surfaces two times a month, and pressure washing and/or steam cleaning building and waste bin enclosures one time a month. The contractor must also remove trash and debris, clean sidewalks and curbs, and perform other related tasks. • The contractor must be certified by the State of California, Department of General Services (DGS), Office of Small Business and Disabled Veteran Enterprise Services (OSDS), as a Certified Small Business. • The contractor must provide proof of insurance, including commercial general liability, automobile liability, and workers' compensation insurance. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the California Civil Rights Laws and the Fair Employment and Housing Act. • The contractor must provide a weekly log of services performed and submit it to the DMV Project Manager with the monthly invoice.
