SUNY New Paltz (“University”) is seeking quote packages from qualified printers for a web-based Electronic Health Records (“EHR”) software solution to support its Health Center operations. SUNY New Paltz intends to make an award under its discretionary authority, pursuant to NYS Education Law §355(5)(a), for the above. A sealed bid will not be held.
