The City of Rochester, NH is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive process instrumentation and control services for its water and wastewater treatment facilities. The scope includes semi‑annual preventive maintenance, battery replacement for UPS/CPU controllers, 24/7 emergency on‑call support, demand (straight‑time) and overtime service, parts procurement with markup, and detailed reporting. The contract is a three‑year, renewable agreement with mandatory site visitation and optional walk‑throughs. • Provide maintenance, calibration, cleaning, and backup of all instrumentation and control equipment at both water and wastewater plants. • Perform mandatory battery replacements in October of years 1 and 3, and respond to emergency calls within 30 minutes (on‑site within 3 hours). • Bill on a time‑and‑materials basis with approved parts markup; submit reports within 10 days of each service visit.
