How much does Bid Banana cost?
$49.99 per month, or $479.99 per year — which is 20% off and works out to $1.32 a day. Every feature is included at that price: search, saved-search alerts, award and closed-bid research, and AI document analysis. There are no tiers to compare and no add-ons to price.
Is there a free trial, and do I need a card?
Yes to both. The trial runs 7 days and you add a payment method to start it — that is what activates it. Nothing is charged while the trial runs, and if you cancel before day 7 you are never charged at all. After day 7 the subscription renews automatically at the regular price.
What if my team needs access?
Everyone gets their own seat at the same published price: $49.99 a month or $479.99 a year per person, with the same full access. Choose your seats at checkout, and the account owner can add or remove them from Settings at any time. Adding is prorated so you only pay for the rest of the current period, and removing takes effect at the end of it. There is no separate team plan, admin tier or enterprise quote.
Do you charge extra for certain states or regions?
No. All 50 states are the base product — state, local and federal opportunities in one subscription. There is no per-region fee, no bolt-on territory, and no version of Bid Banana that covers less. Most bid databases scope their plans to a county, a state or a region; ours does not.
Why is Bid Banana cheaper than the bid database I'm using?
Legacy bid databases were built for enterprise procurement teams, sold by a rep after a demo, and priced for that buyer. Bid Banana was built for the businesses doing the actual bidding, sells itself from this page, and does not run a sales team you have to pay for. Same market, a different customer.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, at any time, from your own settings. Your membership stays fully active until the upcoming due date, and it does not renew after that. If you cancel partway through a period, the remaining portion of that period's fee is not refunded.
Do I have to talk to sales to get a price?
No, and you never will. This page is the price. There is no demo to sit through before you are told a number, no annual contract to negotiate, and no quote that depends on how big your company is.
