Budget estimate

$1,000,000 – $5,000,000

Given the information provided, it's challenging to estimate the exact budget for this RFP. However, considering the scope of work, which includes providing in-home services to consumers in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, and the contract duration of three years with potential extensions, the budget could be substantial. Factors influencing the budget include the number of consumers served, the types of services provided, and the unit costs for each service. Assuming an average annual cost per consumer and considering the potential for hundreds of consumers, the total budget over three years could range from $1 million to $5 million or more, depending on the specifics of the services and the number of consumers served. For the sake of estimation, let's assume an average annual budget of $2 million, which would put the total contract value over three years at approximately $6 million.
