Description
The South Dakota Department of the Military seeks qualified firms to provide full‑service Architectural and Engineering (A‑E) design for an addition and alteration to the United States Army Engineer School (UTES) facility in Sioux Falls. The scope includes programming, design development, construction documents, MILCON cost estimating, and construction administration for roughly 27,565 sf of work (4,824 sf alteration, 22,741 sf new addition) on a $32.2 M construction budget. Firms must demonstrate experience with National Guard facilities, MILCON 1390/91 programming, state code compliance, and sustainable design, and will be evaluated on a detailed point system covering methodology, team expertise, past performance, and on‑site project management.
