Notice of Intent to Sole Source to Granite Telecommunications LLC

The U.S. Secret Service (USSS) intends to award a sole source contract to Granite Telecommunications LLC for the acquisition of Starlink Data Subscription Services. The services will provide commercial grade high-speed low-latency broadband internet powered by a global satellite constellation. The contract is for the provision of Starlink data subscription services to support the agency's existing Tactical-IP BLEND Kits.
