Female Residential Treatment

The City of Toledo’s Municipal Court Probation Department is seeking a qualified agency to provide comprehensive residential drug‑treatment services for female clients. The contract requires compliance with ASAM Level 3 standards, full Ohio licensure, medical oversight, evidence‑based therapeutic approaches, and a minimum of 40 hours per week of structured treatment and prosocial services. The program must accommodate clients on electronic monitoring, provide after‑care planning, deliver regular progress reports, and permit City quality‑assurance observations. The award will be a one‑year contract with three optional one‑year renewals, funded by the court and subject to Medicaid screening.
