Print Edmond Rt 66 Noisemaker and Cowbell

The City of Edmond is seeking quotations for the supply of customized noisemakers and cowbells for the Edmond Route 66 Centennial celebration. The required items include 250 and 500 customized clapping hands noise makers, as well as 250 and 500 promo classic cowbells. The noise makers should be made of plastic, 7.5" W x 3.25" H in size, with a 1" W x 1" H imprint area, and imprinted with the Edmond Route 66 logo in black. The cowbells should be made of metal, 3" L in size, with a 1 1/2" W x 1" H imprint area, and imprinted with the Edmond Route 66 logo in black. The items must be delivered by June 11, 2026. • The City of Edmond uses a Mastercard purchasing card for order placement and payment in many instances. • Suppliers who accept credit cards should anticipate that some or all orders issued as a result of this bid may be paid using the purchasing card. • The City of Edmond does not pay credit card convenience fees if the supplier charges a fee for credit card usage. • The quotation should include the total price for the LOT order of all noise makers or cowbells, not per piece. • Not all lines will be awarded.
